1. Contract Formation
A purchase becomes binding once you click the order button and receive an order confirmation email. We will review each order before dispatch/fulfilment. If for any reason we are unable to process your order, you will be informed as soon as possible and any payment already made will be refunded.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices include German VAT (MwSt) if applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
In accordance with EU law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days of receiving your order without providing reasons. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.
4. Warranty
We offer a statutory 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, insufficient maintenance, or damage caused by third parties.
5. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers in the EU: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.
