Exchanges

• Visit coucoucava.com and go to our returns portal.
• Select the item(s) you would like to exchange and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Create a free return label during the process — the return is handled by DHL and you will need to print the label yourself.

Once your exchange request is completed in the portal, we will reserve the new shoes for you so they do not sell out. Your new order will be released as soon as we have registered your return at our warehouse.

If the size you need is no longer available and you would prefer a different model or colour, you can register the item as a regular return and select a gift card as your refund method. In this case:

• The return label is free
• The gift card can be used immediately
• Your new order will be released once your return is registered

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once the new order is dispatched.
